Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth front desk operations. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and address guest needs to enhance satisfaction during their stay.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, collect balances, post charges and manage reservations.
• Answer calls from switchboard, provide local restaurant and attractions information.
• Prepare night audit and respond to online reviews; coordinate with departments.
• Process revenue daily and balance cash drawer; handle deposits and postings.
