Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando seeks a Guest Services/Front Desk team member with hospitality experience to warmly greet guests and manage registrations. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems; Opera or similar systems helpful.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Obtains necessary credit and payment information from guests.
• Performs check-out and cash handling activities according to procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
