Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a warm, observant Lobby Ambassador to greet guests and shape a memorable arrival experience. You will be the face of the hotel in the lobby, providing directions, recommendations, and personalized service with genuine hospitality.

Members of the team support Guest Services, Concierge, and Security to ensure guests feel seen, heard, and cared for throughout their stay. Flexibility with shifts and a professional appearance are essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and personalized attention.
• Serve as a visible presence in the lobby, ready to assist with directions or concerns.
• Monitor lobby activity to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive support, including luggage and local insights.
• Coordinate with Guest Services and Concierge for timely responses to requests.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and guest recognition programs.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation with Housekeeping.
• Support crowd control during peak check-in/check-out and events.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Report safety concerns to Security and Management.
• Participate in lobby activations and seasonal guest engagement initiatives.
