Madden’s is a full-time Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator in Brainerd, MN, supporting the F&B Director and leadership team. The role handles communications, documentation, schedules, reports, and projects to keep the department organized and on track.

Requires strong organization, confidentiality, and excellent communication; responsibilities include onboarding, payroll checks, POS updates, inventory coordination, and coordinating with event managers for group details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• ServSafe Training.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsabilités

• Manage Food and Beverage Office including phone coverage, reservations, and billing.
• Oversee uniform process: selection, inventory, ordering, distribution.
• Onboard new employees and supervise required training.
• Coordinate hiring processes with department leaders and conduct interviews when needed.
• Maintain department POS input, menus, and item updates.
• Check payroll and timecards daily.
• Attend BEO meetings and F&B Level 10s weekly.
• Collaborate with event managers to communicate group details to staff.
• Produce outlet performance reports and track projects and standards.
• Schedule Serve Safe and Alcohol Awareness trainings.
• Maintain reservation system and operating hours.
• Support seasonal operations: menu development, vendor contracts, and communication.
