Madden’s is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to support the F&B Department at our Brainerd, MN resort. The role provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to the F&B Director and leadership team, managing communications, schedules, reports, and projects.

You will work closely with F&B leaders, managers, chefs, and other departments to keep priorities moving forward in a fast-paced resort environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Mansioni

• Manage Food and Beverage Office operations, billing, and communications.
• Oversee uniform process: inventory and orders.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
• Liaise with department leaders on hiring, posting, and interviews.
• Maintain POS system, input menu items, and update inventory.
• Attend meetings and support the F&B leadership team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly outlet performance and scheduling reports.
• Schedule ServSafe and Alcohol awareness training.
• Support seasonal menu development and vendor coordination.
