Responsibilities

• Prepare function site and ensure meeting room is set per specifications.
• Serve food and beverage items per established guidelines.
• Set dining tables, buffets, and service areas as directed.
• Communicate guest requests to the department manager.
• Maintain a clean banquet or catering area and equipment.
• Assist in inventory control and monitoring waste.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs.
• Adhere to safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Varying work hours, with nights and weekends.
