Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania is seeking a PM Technician to join the Engineering Team. You will maintain resort satellite buildings, off-campus housing systems, and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, servicing, repairs, and overhauls while coordinating your daily workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of general building maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, mechanical, and preventive maintenance for resort satellite buildings.
• Maintain and repair buildings and off-campus housing using proper tools and practices.
• Coordinate daily workflow for assigned building projects and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, and replace filters per checklists.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems operating efficiently.
• Respond to 24-hour emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
• Review work orders to estimate costs and labor hours.
