Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance across resort buildings, kitchens, laundries, and mechanical rooms. You will use carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment, following diagrams and manuals.

The role involves prioritizing repairs, scheduling parts, and ensuring building systems run efficiently. It also includes mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with the Engineering team to support the

Qualifications

• Three years of general building maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and coworkers.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Equivalent education/training may be considered.
• Must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, mechanic, and preventive maintenance duties across resort satellite buildings.
• Prioritize repair requests and plan work to ensure parts are available.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, and filters and perform maintenance actions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and diagrams.
• Respond to fire alarm systems and protect occupants and property.
• Mentor Rooms Tech 1 and support Engineering team duties.
