Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a PM Technician to join the Engineering Team. You will perform multi-skilled preventive and mechanical maintenance for resort satellite buildings, off-campus housing systems, and equipment, coordinating daily work independently to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, servicing, repairs, and equipment overhauls, prioritizing requests, and using the Manager Plus system to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of general building maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to effectively use computers and mobile devices to request, receive, and process work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, mechanical, and preventive maintenance for resort satellite buildings.
• Maintain and repair off-campus housing systems and equipment using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate daily workflow for assigned maintenance tasks independently.
• Prioritize repair requests and plan work to ensure parts and materials are available.
• Inspect drives, motors, and belts and replace filters per checklists.
• Respond to 24‑hour emergency calls for assigned areas as needed.
• Review work orders to estimate costs and labor hours.
• Use the Manager Plus system to manage preventive maintenance.
