Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of mechanical maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to speak English and work flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in varied outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair ski lift controls, safety systems, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Groom slopes and support snowmaking operations to keep the mountain ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering and Activities teams about priorities.
