  • Efficiently resolved maintenance requests by prioritizing assigned work, coordinating daily workflow, identifying necessary parts and materials, and completing repairs safely and effectively
  • Sound technical solutions to equipment concerns by diagnosing mechanical problems, interpreting blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs, and determining the appropriate method for completing repairs
  • Dependable operation of specialized resort equipment by maintaining and repairing machinery found throughout kitchens, laundries, mechanical rooms, offices, and other resort facilities, including inspecting and testing equipment to identify malfunctions

  • A well-supported engineering operation by contributing to the MP2 Preventative Maintenance Program, snow removal, rotating shifts, and other Engineering Team assignments as operational needs require
What You Can Expect
  • A hands‑on maintenance role within a complex luxury resort, where the condition and reliability of buildings, equipment, and systems directly support guest comfort and resort operations

  • The opportunity to build technical depth and confidence through hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and exposure to a wide range of resort systems and equipment
  • A role that rewards initiative and problem‑solving, with the opportunity to manage assigned work, prioritize competing requests, and develop greater independence as technical skills grow
  • A collaborative engineering environment where reliable maintenance work supports the teams and experiences throughout the resort
  • A flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, rotating shifts, and other assignments based on operational needs

Qualifications
