Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania seeks a Maintenance Tech to keep guest spaces and resort buildings operating safely through skilled maintenance, repair, and preventative care. You will diagnose concerns and perform repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVACR, and plumbing, contributing to a reliable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of general building maintenance experience or equivalent technical training required.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical systems and controls, HVACR, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Well-maintained guest and resort spaces through maintenance services, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing across assigned buildings and facilities.
• Reliable building systems by inspecting, testing, servicing, repairing, and replacing components with manuals, diagrams, and technical resources.
• A proactive approach to building care by completing scheduled preventative maintenance and monitoring equipment condition.
• Efficiently resolved maintenance requests by prioritizing work, coordinating workflow, and completing repairs safely.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and interpret blueprints and repair manuals to determine repair methods.
• Maintain and repair machinery throughout kitchens, laundries, mechanical rooms, offices, and other facilities.
• Respond to fire alarm activations and safely disengage electrical, water, or gas systems when needed.
• Contribute to MP2 Preventative Maintenance Program and other Engineering team tasks.
