Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests around the resort using resort vehicles.
• Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly.
• Remain aware of location and features of guest rooms, onsite activities, and events.
• Deliver messages, faxes, parcels, and packages to guest rooms.
• Handle the transfer of luggage properly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean and organized bell carts and work areas.
• Assist the front desk and other guest service areas as needed.
