Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relative work experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously.
• Upsell the Resort’s outlets and promotional amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments on service delivery and guest expectations.
