Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks an energetic bartender to serve beverages and food across the bar, dining room, and patio. You will greet guests, suggest drinks, handle orders and payments, and help maintain a clean, safe bar area in a busy resort environment.

Responsibilities include supporting banquets and events, balancing the cash register, and ensuring top-tier hospitality while adhering to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma preferred.
• One year bartending experience in a resort is preferred.
• Must meet state and federal age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification required.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests at bar, restaurant or patio.
• Greet guests with energy and provide menu recommendations.
• Take orders, handle cash and balance the till.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area and monitor inventory.
• Assist in banquets and special events as needed.
