Job summary

Wisp Resort is seeking skilled bartenders to prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, while also providing food service when required. You will interact with guests, upsell drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling in a fast-paced, resort environment.

The role covers Level 1 through Level 4 responsibilities, including banquet setup, bar service on the golf course, and a focus on guest satisfaction during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; capability considered.
• Previous bartending experience helpful.
• Basic English proficiency required; strong communication expected.
• TIPS and Crowd Manager certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take orders, upsell, and explain the menu.
• Collect payment and balance cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
• Assist with banquet setups as needed.
