Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Pool Bartender for Encanterra. The role involves serving beverages and food in pool areas, bar, and patio, while enforcing policies and delivering friendly, responsive F&B service to members and guests. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager in a premium resort environment.

The position requires hospitality experience, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and adherence to safety and service standards. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour plus gratuities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year of bartending experience in a resort or similar setting preferred.
• Must meet state and federal age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide hospitality with knowledge of the resort facilities.
• Greet and serve guests; take and fulfill beverage and food orders.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Balance cash and process transactions accurately; maintain bar inventory.
