Job summary

Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West, FL is seeking a dedicated Bell/Valet team member to support arrivals, departures, and guest services on property. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, guiding vehicle parking, and maintaining entry areas while delivering a welcoming experience.

The position offers a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment with opportunities to interact with guests and contribute to the resort’s renowned guest service.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to exert physical effort lifting 5–50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to push/pull 50+ lbs on occasion.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and belongings.
• Maintain lobby areas and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles/golf carts.
• Serve as a lobby ambassador to inform guests about resort facilities and services.

A day in the life... Our internal Bell Person Valet team is very busy with arrivals, pull-arounds, and departures on property. This hybrid Bell and Valet position is a very rewarding opportunity to be part of our amazing team! During the day, our Bell Valet team assists our guests with loading & unloading luggage, maintaining lobby areas, parking & retrieving vehicles/golf carts for hotel guests, informing guests about resort & room facilities; serving as a lobby ambassador.

Requirements

You own this if you have:

• A valid U.S. Driver's license with clean driving record is required
• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting 5 pounds to 50 pounds on occasion
• Push/Pull 50 + pounds on occasion
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work area
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Must have positive attitude
