Job summary

WellLife Network in New York seeks a compassionate Child Support Professional to provide supervision, care, and therapeutic support to youth in residence. Reporting to the Program Supervisor, you will help residents develop daily living skills, resilience, and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and patience; experience with youth with emotional/behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Teach daily living and independent living skills.
• Promote trauma-informed practices and family engagement.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Support medication adherence under supervision.
