Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children with emotional/behavioral needs preferred.
• Valid New York State driver’s license required.
• Trauma-informed care and patience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised care and safety for each resident.
• Deliver skill-building and independence training.
• Assist with daily living activities and housekeeping.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors.
• Contribute to treatment/service planning and crisis prevention.
