Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional/behavioral needs preferred.
• Valid New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Teach daily living and independence skills; document progress.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities; promote family engagement.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely; report incidents.
