Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Helper to assist the refuse truck driver on pre-assigned routes, picking up garbage, yard waste, or recycling. CDL is not required. You will support loading, safety, and customer service on residential routes with a focus on efficiency and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Picks up solid waste and places it in the back of a rear load garbage truck on specified routes.
• Exhibits courteous and expeditious customer service to the public.
• Ensures garbage and recyclables are picked up and transferred properly; may require using back door.
• Answers questions for residents and directs them to Customer Service or government offices.
