Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Technical construction knowledge to understand processes and terminology.
• Effective time management to schedule multiple jobs.
• Computer experience and proficiency with technology and email (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall warranty process.
• Evaluate warranty concerns with homeowners and coordinate with trade partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Document repairs, materials, and labor for each job.
• Complete service work orders within 14 days.
• Assist builders with punch-out on active jobs to ensure zero defects at closing.
