Job summary

Vertical Builders is seeking an experienced Warranty Manager in the Richmond Metro Area, Virginia, to oversee the residential warranty process from homeowner orientation through claim resolution. The role acts as the primary liaison with homeowners while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate warranty handling.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong knowledge of residential construction and NAHB standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead homeowner orientation and explain systems and expectations.
• Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution, including scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to complete warranty items on time.
• Maintain thorough records of calls, inspections, and resolutions.
