Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years in residential treatment or youth services (or equivalent leadership).
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment for youth.
• Lead and direct interventions, including crisis response when needed.
• Ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and program expectations.
• Promote healthy routines, behavior management, and daily living skills.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Home staff.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
• Lead staff meetings and trainings; ensure policy compliance.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture.
• Partner with clinical teams to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor home dynamics, student interactions, and overall environment.
• Ensure proper documentation, schedules, and daily operations.
• Oversee home logistics (medications, transportation, cleanliness, supplies).
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in treatment, leadership, and planning meetings.
• Maintain clear, timely communication across departments.
• Manage home resources and contribute to budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, licensing, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
