Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities or traumatic brain injury.
- Minimum 1 year successful supervisory experience.
- Experience with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential community living sites.
- Lead and manage a Direct Support Professional (DSP) team.
- Ensure the health and safety of the individuals supported.
