Job summary

Eagle Quest in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Group Home Supervisor to lead our team of Home Support Specialists in a group home setting. This role oversees day-to-day program operations, ensures high-quality service delivery, and supports a safe, structured, therapeutic environment for foster youth with higher care needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required)
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children and families in behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, or a related field
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and youth development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass an FBI and Nevada State background check (required)
• Valid Nevada driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Home Support Specialists
• Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately and assist with scheduling
• Support trauma-informed, person-centered services to youth in the program
• Coordinate referrals, intake processes, and the scheduling of behavioral health services
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards
• Train, onboard, and mentor staff using in-person sessions and Relias Learning Management System
• Partner with community agencies, family members, and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
• Respond to incidents and support de-escalation efforts in crisis situations
• Work closely with Management to meet program goals and regulatory requirements
