Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desirable.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection truck and equipment on route.
• Load waste/recyclables into the vehicle.
• Compact trash and manage loading procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality and safety standards.
• Wear required PPE at all times and follow safety policies.
• Attend safety meetings and assist with branch activities.
