Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers for residential refuse collection on pre-assigned routes. You will operate trucks to collect garbage, yard waste, and recyclables, supervise helpers on the route, and perform pre/post-trip inspections. You must meet CDL requirements and DOT regulations while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role offers a driver award program and opportunities to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment on established routes.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to communicate with customers, dispatch and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives refuse collection truck on pre-established routes.
• Oversees helpers on the route and ensures timely pickups.
• Completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintains routes and submits required reports and paperwork.
• Complies with DOT and state requirements for CMVs.
