Job summary

Tellurian, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate, organized Therapist to join our DHS 75 licensed residential substance use and mental health treatment program.

The Therapist will provide individual and group counseling to adult clients with co-occurring disorders in a structured residential setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, respond to crises, document in the electronic health record, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders.
• Trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT/DBT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct psychoeducational and process groups for clients in residential treatment.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Develop individualized treatment goals with clients and the treatment team.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with case managers, prescribers, probation agents, family members, and outside providers.
• Respond to client crises and behavioral health emergencies.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and treatment team consultations.
• Support a therapeutic and recovery-oriented residential environment.
