Job summary

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with medical and psychiatric providers. Licensure in Wisconsin (DSPS) and experience in outpatient therapy are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin licensure through DSPS as LCSW, LPC, APSW, or LPC-IT.
• SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC license.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy and short-term interventions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-admission consultation, screening, and intake services.
• Maintain a full-time outpatient therapy caseload.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments including mental health and substance use.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis stabilization support when necessary.
• Document services accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with primary care and psychiatric providers to support integrated care.
• Assist with clinical documentation requests and referrals.
• Engage in staff meetings, case conferences, and team staffing.
