Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a credentialed counselor or licensed therapist to join its Residential team. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health or substance use challenges.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Tuesday–Sunday, 40‑hour schedule. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support person-centered, integrated care and may receive licensure supervision in a flexible role dedicated to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field required only if licensed.
• Licenses listed include CADC, CRADC, RADC, LMFT, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW.
• At least 1 year experience in the substance abuse field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as team coordinator for referrals and client care; manage waitlists in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable.
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent, recovery-oriented care and maintain documentation per regulations.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers to ensure wraparound support.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide licensure supervision if applicable.
