Tellurian is seeking a compassionate and organized Therapist to join their residential substance use and mental health treatment program. This full-time position involves providing individual and group counseling services to adult clients facing co-occurring disorders, with responsibilities including assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management.

The ideal candidate will hold licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist, and have strong clinical documentation skills. Knowledge of evidence-based practices is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist required.
• Experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorders.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and recovery-oriented practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct psychoeducational and process groups for clients.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
