Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist, Substance Use, to deliver evidence-based treatments for adults and adolescents. The role combines in-clinic care with telehealth, a 100% FTE schedule, and a hybrid work pattern.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional growth and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a behavioral health field.
• 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for various behavioral health diagnoses.
• Wisconsin licensure eligibility (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and BLS/CPR within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use and mental health evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescents.
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing individual and group therapy, and care coordination.
• Complete related documentation and work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide a mix of telehealth and in-clinic care.
