The position requires a Master’s degree and full Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and offers a starting salary of $70,000–$80,000 based on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology.
• Wisconsin LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in good standing; full independent licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Ability to manage outpatient caseload and collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and identify treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans with clients.
• Complete treatment plan reviews and progress notes within timelines.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric and primary care providers and community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA and professional boundaries; ensure accurate documentation.
