Tellurian, Inc. is seeking an experienced, fully licensed outpatient therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to join our behavioral health team in Wisconsin.

You will provide individual psychotherapy to adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary setting. Role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, timely documentation, and collaboration with community services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Wisconsin LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in good standing; independent licensure required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Complete treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation on time.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with client needs and goals.
• Assess safety and respond to crises; consult with clinical leadership as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations and level of care as required.
• Educate clients on recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and behavior change.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric/primary providers, referral sources, probation or legal systems as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA/compliance standards.
