Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and install broadband services to residential customers.
• Comfort working with coaxial, Ethernet, Wi-Fi networks and MoCA.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and climb ladders or use bucket trucks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs installations and changes of service per NEC/NESC and local codes.
• Troubleshoots customer premises equipment and home networks.
• Assesses and designs basic home networks to meet customer needs.
• Maintains records and ensures service quality meets company standards.
• Communicates with customers about products, services and safety practices.
• Maintains equipment and vehicle readiness; adheres to safety and company policies.
• Completes required training and certifications for advancement.
