The Community Supports Network seeks a Front Line Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee residential homes, coach staff, ensure compliance, and cultivate a safe, supportive environment for both residents and the team.

The role blends direct support with administrative duties, requiring on-call availability and weekend coverage as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled persons.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass all background checks prior to hire and annually thereafter.
• Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications.
• Availability to be on-call M-F; rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential homes and staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks (documentation, meetings, safety drills).
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
• Support individuals to practice and maintain hygiene.
• Run errands and accompany individuals to appointments.
• Encourage and foster individuals' hobbies and interests.
• Follow health and safety protocols.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule with evening and weekend coverage.
