The Community Supports Network, Inc. is seeking a Front Line Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will oversee residential homes, coach staff, ensure compliance with agency standards, and foster a safe, positive environment for both residents and the team. This salaried role requires coordinating day-to-day operations, completing documentation, and participating in

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons.
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter
• Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
• Availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends/Holidays.

Mansioni

• Manage & oversee residential homes as well as staff working in the home
• Complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills)
• Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
• Encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests
• Follow health & safety protocols
• After training, this role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule shared across the team, with occasional weekday and weekend coverage. This salaried position includes a mix of direct support and administrative responsibilities, along with evening and weekend availability.
