Job summary

The Community Supports Network, Inc. seeks a Front Line Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in residential homes, delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them learn, grow, and thrive in their communities.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, ensure agency standards are met, and foster a safe, supportive environment for individuals and your team, with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter
• Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
• Availability to be on-call

Responsibilities

• Manage & oversee residential homes as well as staff working in the home
• Complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills)
• Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
• Encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests
• Follow health & safety protocols
• This salaried position includes a mix of direct support and administrative responsibilities, along with evening and weekend availability.
