Job summary

Legacy Residential Services LLC in Alaska is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to oversee the safety and wellbeing of individuals with ID/AD and mental health needs in our residential home. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and coordinate ISP-guided activities.

The role covers morning shifts on weekdays, supervises staff, manages logs, coordinates medical appointments and transportation, and ensures regulatory compliance with 6100/6400.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of residential care experience.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with 6100/6400 regulations.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Therap, and other tech.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP team and oversee safety and wellbeing.
• Cover first weekday shift (7am–3:00pm or 8am–4pm), Monday to Friday.
• Review daily logs, communicate goals, health and safety practices.
• Prepare monthly staffing schedules in Deputy and cover shifts.
• Ensure completion of T-logs, GERs, fire drills and inspections.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation.
• Assist with daily living tasks and household management.
• Monitor Medicaid and SNAP documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Attend meetings with supports services and supervisor.
• Deliver annual performance appraisals for DSPs.
