RHA Health Services in Alaska seeks an IDD Residential Team Leader. This regular, on-site position supervises Group Home Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, coordinates staffing, and oversees facility operations and budget.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year in developmental disabilities, flexibility for on-call coverage, and relevant CPR/first aid or certifications. 18+ years old and habilitation technician eligibility are needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to provide on-call coverage.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible to be designated at the first available training after acceptance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties performed by Direct Support staff.
• Monitors staff interactions with people supported across all shifts and provides feedback.
