The role includes leading a team of Direct Support Professionals to enhance the quality of life for residents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing daily responsibilities such as staffing schedules, transportation, and household expenses. Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and residential care experience.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of residential experience in direct care.
• Knowledgeable about 6100/6400 regulations.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of Direct Support Professionals.
• Cover weekday shifts to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintain daily logs and staff communication.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety practices.
• Manage appointments and transportation for residents.
