Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or an Associate's/Bachelor's in Human Services.
• 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of substance use and/or mental health treatment.
• CPR Certification within 60 days of start date.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision of the program and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups.
• Conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination for identified clients.
• Supervise participants in on-site and off-site activities and perform safety checks.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and program documentation.
• Provide transportation and run program-related errands (agency or personal vehicle).
• May be required to work overtime when staff shortages occur.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
