Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• 3 years of experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision of the program and participants and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups.
• Conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination activities including case load management.
• Oversee participant safety during on-site and scheduled off-site activities and perform room safety checks.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and other documentation on client activities.
• Assist with transportation and program-related errands.
• May work extra hours during staff shortages until relief staff arrive.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
