Job summary

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or an equivalent credential.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client and facility safety and supervision, including screening as directed.
• Conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination for a caseload.
• Supervise milieu activities onsite and offsite; perform room safety checks.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation of client activities.
• Provide approved transportation and program-related errands as needed.
• May work past scheduled hours to cover staff shortages.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
