Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look‑Alike (FQHC LA) dedicated to accessible, compassionate care in the Hartford area.

We offer same‑day primary care and behavioral health services across our community health centers in East Hartford, Hartford, and South Windsor. We are seeking a Residential Support Staff member to supervise the milieu, coordinate social‑rehabilitation groups, and support clients.

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or degree in Human Services field.
• 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.
• CPR Certification within 60 days of start date and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision and coordinate social-rehabilitation groups.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation.
• Provide transportation and run program related errands.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings; comply with safety policies.
