Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. seeks a dedicated Milieu Supervisor to oversee the milieu and coordinate social‑rehabilitation groups within our residential program. You will support clients, maintain safety, and facilitate care coordination across services.

The role requires a Peer Support Certification or a Human Services degree, plus 3 years in a residential setting. CPR within 60 days and a valid driver license are required. Weekend or off-hour coverage may be needed, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.

• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision and coordinate social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
• Manage a caseload and deliver care coordination.
• Ensure safety and security of clients and facility; conduct screenings as directed.
• Transport clients for program-related activities as needed.
• Attend mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings.
