Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification is required or preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• CPR Certification is required or expected within 60 days of start.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision of the program and its participants.
• Coordinate and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
• Supervise participants during on-site and scheduled off-site activities; conduct safety checks.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation on client activities.
• Provide transportation and run program-related errands.
• Respond to staff shortages and cover shifts as needed.
• Attend mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings.
