InterCommunity, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC LA) offering a full continuum of care across multiple centers.

This full-time role provides supervision for program participants and coordinates social-rehabilitation groups, with a focus on safety and confidential documentation. We seek individuals with a Peer Support Specialist Certification or a related human services background, CPR certification, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Must have Peer Support Specialist Certification or equivalent experience.
• CPR Certification required within 60 days of start date.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision of the program and participants.
• Coordinate and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups and activities.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation.
